Question joint question

i've always had a pop in my elbow. as long as i warm up first it USUALLY doesnt hurt. the other day a guy was spotting me on dumbell chest presses. after i was done he commented on how bad my elbow pops. should i be concerned? could this hurt me in the long run?

If you truly are concerned, you could get a refferral to an orthopedic, as long as it isnt accompanied by any pain... it could just be persistent fluid release in the joints.( little sacks fo fluid that pop to lubricate the joint...I dont remember what they are caled)

But if pain accompanies this... this it could be some concern.

And I thought I was stumbling upon the pot smoking thread here ;-)

I have shoulder clicks with over head movements... could probably seriously beef up my shoulders if i lifted heavier, but I dont, I baby it, and I havent had it checked either.

i was told my popping was my tendon moving over the joint. i just try to make sure i warm up well. i do have some ongoing inflammation and pain, it's minor but i keep an eye on it. i should probably ice it more after i work out.
