Question legs & arms

Can uou give some legs training pointers for a newbie? My legs are quite weak so I don't really know where to start...

As for arms I've started with dumbbell curls and hammer curls... is that enough ?

I take it this a home gym effort? I don't want to answer till I know this because the answer depends on the equipment you have access too.

For legs you could do dumbbell squats. Any type of squat will work well on legs, my legs are still sore, ouch!

The dumbbell curls and hammer curls are good for biceps, they don't workout your whole arm. For triceps you could do lying db extensions and bench dips. You'll probably need heavier for chest workouts. Eventually you will need heavier dumbbells.

But looks like a good start, keep working on it.

referring to your other post...if you're this new to working out i would hold off on that creatine for a little while. you are gonna make gains fast anyways. its always best to learn how your body responds w/o outside help first.
