A little out of shape
Alright, here's the deal, I'm looking to tone up the muscle I have, I'm going to gain some to. But our gym is a base peronnel restricted. I have dumbbells and can find other waits when needed. But I weigh in the neighborhood of 300-310 pounds. I'm 6'4" or 6'5" one of them. But I'm not really obese. I'm big, but many people gawk at disbelief when I tell them how much I really weigh, guess it's muscle mass. I just need a workout, simple, hard, whatever it may be. Something that can get me toned up. I have as much time as I need but I prefer to do this all before May 21st.. If you have any ideas.. Tell me.. Later..

if youre looking to tone up stick with high reps (12ish) and high intensity. get a good fat burning supplement and do some cardio.
