help my training

take a look at my training and tell me what i should change. I tryed the max ot program but i feel like an ass walking around for 2 mins in between sets. so i basicaly do 5x5 with about a min in between sets. anything wrong with that? also my meal plan i go to the gym at about 615am so it goes like this

-before workkout- 25g of protien half scoop of cell tech and some fruit
-10 min of running on the tread mill
-workout-
-breakfast- bowl of cerial + im using exphedrin
-mid morning half scoop of protien
-lunch chicken,tuna sandwitch,steak, one of them
-dinner- usualy chicken or same as lunch and exphyden


hows that look, i want to gain muscle and loose some fat(dosnt everyone) im 6' 180 20years old

also is this a lagit breakfast -4 egg whites ,2 pieces of cheese,salasa and hot sauce in a boreto wrap ( i love them)

Well to me it looks like your protein is too low. After you workout you should have simple carbs and protein. The cereal is ok for the simple carbs but there's not much protein.

A half scoop of protein is not enough.

Basically you should measure your food intake for a few days too see exactly what you are eating. You would be surprised as what you think you are getting does not equal what you really are. Post your finding and more people can help.

Without specifics it's hard to say.

you said take a look at your training and then posted a nutrition plan?!?! Post your actual training as that would help more. eating the right foods isn't that hard.

brown rice is the good stuff...



i agree with JD. protein is too low. you should get at least 200g spread throughout the day. dont forget about the simple carbs after workouts.
