Chaffing on legs
Whenever i run, which is usually 3 times a week i get chaffing on the insides of my thighs. I dont have any fat on my legs (none that i can grab anyway) and i wear boxer briefs... Is there anything i can do to stop it? Cuz the shit is killin me.

I used to be a heavy runner before deciding i didn't wanna look skeletal, and i had this problem often. compression shorts are great, throw a little talc (or as i call it, cocaine for the balls) in for added comfort and prevention. If that fails, and this is really gross but also used by many wrestlers and grapplers who use cups and do a lot of exercise, take two fingers and scoop out a huge glob of vaseline and apply liberaly. shower afterwards and talc down the area. Pubic hair is supposed to be its own sort of protection against chaffing, (so say evolutionary theorists) but if you use vaseline ensure you're trimmed or it won't wash off well, and will potentially be an area primed for growth of jock itch and other fungal infections. If you're still suffering from a previous exercise session, a wider stance on elliptical trainers tends help one avoid this, though it's only slightly better than running in a hamster-wheel in my opinion. -take care-
