Cutting W/O wieghts???
is it possible to maintain muscle mass w/o wieghts?
i mean is it possible to maintain muscle mass with say a low dose of AAS and body wieght excercises? Push ups (variety, of course) Pull ups Crunches not worried about legs b/c i will be doing lots of cardio......distance running, sprints, up hill sprints etc. AAS would be something like 250-500mg test/week and and oral....winny most likely.
