so iv been cutting for about a week now and iv decided to keep a log on here to keep me goin lol. started at a weight of 240 at about 18% bodyfat(estimate) at a height of 5'9
im 18 btw. im a classic mesomorph and i think i have good genes since i gain muscle even if my diet is total shit lol its just after about 3 years of eating shitty iv over done it a little lol. last week i completly turned my diet around and replaced everything we good food, havent really kept count of calories but i guess i should. havent worked abs in years so im hittin em pretty damn hard with weighted exercises. hopefully theyll grow a little since im taking in a shit load of protein now, completly stopped taking protein since last year lol i horrible!!. clen is coming within a week, i know ill lose muscle but ill keep my protein as high as possible and hopefully wont lose too much. shit that was damn long, thanks for payin a visit to this thread

well today is goin good, this is what my meals look and will look like for the rest of the day
meal 1: protein shake 3 eggs Apple meal 2: protein shake can of tuna raisin bran cereal meal 3 can of tuna + orange meal 4 oats meal 5: dinner- rice and chicken mm mmmm mmm meal 6: postworkout- protein shake, oats can of tuna meal 7: maybe eggs and an orange today is cardio and abs day i do that 3-4 times a day just to build up my endurance ( i havent done cardio in about 3 years lol how does it look ? have a great day

Dude that is awesome. I am currently 220 with 16% bf. I don't know what I originally weighed, but my b/f was around 23% or so. I do cardio everyday. Your meal plan looks the same as mine you have one more shake a day than I do, and you eat tuna, eww.

lol this is nuthin im thinking of kickin my protein up cuz i lost a little weight too fast . i didint weigh myself today but ill be up to about 4 cans of tuna a day for little snacks lol.
just got back from the gym btw, hit cardio totally ko'ed me. i felt sick for about 10-15 min. after a cold shower im back baby! lol

really off day today maybe it was the 4 hours of sleep ? lol . but my meals were half that of yesterday and my workout was
just got "pooped" lol so im probably gonna pick up a nutritional log book and use the old weider training log i bought awhile back gotta get this shit down lol. btw i dont think iv said my goal? its at least 9 % bodyfat so i have 10% to lose? maybe more so 25 pounds. i can do that. actually my goal is below 9 so 30 + pounds lol im a classic mesomorph i can do ANYTHING !!!!! lol

damn totally forgot about this, i guess this thread will be my once in awhile fat loss log lol
im thinking of taking before and after pics with my moms digital cam, might be a good idea? anways so far iv lost about 5 pounds and down to 235 its mostly water cuz i saw a pretty decent difference, ie no bloat etc. if i do take pics ill take em next week

make a sald with spinach, t's pretty good. Kinda looks like your eating leaves straight off a tree, but it's really not bad at all

u eat alot of tuna lol, why not buy some real fish bro. cat fish tastes hell of alot better than tuna, and isnt very expensive if u buy 3-4 packaged up

Dude, go to costco or sam's. They got fresh and frozen in bigger packages. Makes a $$$$$$ difference.
