Right routine?
Ok. Getting ready to start a cycle (not young, but a rookie). Looking to add bulk, no other specific goals.
My usual routine is 2 days on - different body part - 1 day off. I just keep rotating split sets that way. Wanna know if that's a decent set-up or if there's any concensus for a better way to do a split routine. Also, should an on-cycle routine be any different -other than as hard and heavy as possible? Thanks |

Stick with your regular routine, of course the intensity will increase itself

Yeah you really don't need to change your routine all to much, you'll see a significant change in the amount of weight you are using. Just be careful because your muscles get used to a certain amount of weight before your tendons do. Which can result in injury sometimes. Just make sure your form is good and you should be fine. Good luck and let us know how he cycle goes for ya

I feel better about my routine now. I do two days on one day off too.

Just remeber you recovery time is significantly increased. So don't get too down on yourself when you come off.
