try some cardio, looks like your bf% is high. Your bf may be hiding your muscle defintion.

It's not just about how much you eat but what you eat. When people say eat alot that dosn't mean eat everything in site. You have to get the proper nutrients to rebuild your body properly and not retain alot of fat.

I agree. If you are concerned about size I would first lose some bodyfat. Do that by seperating your meals. Eat proteins, complex carbs, healthy shit try to stay away from things that are processed and have "enriched" or anything that you can't really pronounce as the first ingrediant in the Nutrition content. You sound a lot like me, an endomorph (I think that is it, I can never seem to remember), do yourself a favor and do some cardio and eat better. I agree with Meat that you aren't seeing the muscle because of your bodyfat. You are going to look in the mirror and think its fat cause that is what you are used to. Trim up and you'll love it. Also, Shibby I think it was, posted somewhere else that you are never going to feel like you look big.

Today I was really pissed off b/c for a while I have thought that one arm is bigger than the other. I also thought they were smaller than 14". Measured them today and they were off by like 1/4 inch or so, but much larger than I expected. Still not big enough to post though.

Chris

edit: You could try measuring yourself. That might show you that there is infact growth.

Good points chris and shibby, Yeah your diet will form your body. If your eating alot of junk...thats what your body will look like. Since I have learned how to eat correctly I have not only put on nice size but gotten better definition than when I've taken any kind of supplement. So read up on dieting as much as possible.

Maybe start training 3 or 4 days a week , to give your body time to rest. Your body needs to rest for it to grow!
