arms locked up
I have so much lactic acid in my arms three days after their first workout at 60% that I can't move them past 90 degree. It just took 10 min. of stretching and rubbing to get one straight, and now I am trying to keep it straight.
Does, anyone have any suggestion to help out on this. I still have one arm to go. I have been putting some Thai linament on them since yesterday and it helped a lot, but haven't used any today. If you don't know what Thai linament or boxing linament is, it is a oil or oinment that you rub on for bruses and sore muscles. It works like a chamr and i have used it several times for my shins, but I think this may be too deep in the muscle to help much. |

hahaha. Been there. All you can do is keep stretching it very slowly. Try putting your hand up against a wall to lock it against something and just try and keep movement in them so they don't lock up again.
