Everyone has different body types, because everyone is different. Some people retain fat, others have motabolism's that run like humming birds that burn fat easily. The guys who retain fat are the ones who have an easier time building muslce. There are three catagories which most people subscribe to...Endomorph, mesomorph, and ectomorph. Me and my two friends are perfect examples. I'm an endomorph and when I first met these guys I had trouble keeping up with what they did(weight wise). It wasn't short after I surpassed one of 'em and was catching up to the other, who was a mesomorph. My friend thats a mesomorph has the best build and he doesn't have to watch what he eats too much. My second friend is extremeyl vascular and eats everything in site, honestly. He's a vacum. Anyway, he has trouble pushing the weight that we do, and gaining the muscle size that we have.. Each has it benefits and faults. Some people believe that genetics play a huge role in things, other believe geneticss don't do shit for you. I personally subscribe to the belief that genetics work.

meat12 is on a distinguished road
Yeah basically, it's just that there is a predetermined set point to where your body size can get to. Sometimes when you start to get stretch marks you are nearing that capacity. But thats varies from person to person
