unequal soreness/pain

whats up guys, heres my deal:

When I work out, and I mean any type of lifting, I feel it on different sides of my body more than I would the opposite. For example, when I do curls with a bar, I'll feel it working out my left bicep more than my right... my left feels like its a lot stronger than my right but looks smaller than my right. My right bicep generally is sore for a longer amount of days but doesn't get as tired as my right arm when I'm working out...meaning, I could be at the end of my workout and lift a light dumbell to test how tired I am, my right struggles while my left does it with less trouble.

*Note that I am right handed.

Also, when I do dumbell fly press on the bench, flat/incline/decline, my left hand hurts a FUCKING lot sometimes. It feels like the bones in my palm are being smashed and it goes down a little to my wrist. I'm not doing really heavy weights..I can press about 170 weighing 150 and I dumbell fly only 35 lbs give or take, so thats not the case... could it be that i'm holding it wrong or something?

Can anyone explain why these things happen? I'm more concerned about my left bicept feeling more sore than my right, because I hate unequal muscle growth.

Thanks for the info guys.

I would almost garantee it's form. How long have you been lifting? From the sound of it not too long. Sounds like your ligaments, cartlidge, tendons ect. have not developed as fast as your muscles. As mcuh as you would like it to be, your body will never be symetrical. You just have to try and do your best to keep it even. In doing so you have to work both sides indivdualy as well as together until your muscles are developed close to even. This may mean going lighter on certain ecercises until the weaker muscle cathces up.

not really - I rarely beat off... and that's being 100% honest. my sex drive with myself isn't too high if you know what I mean.

besides, I have a few girlfriends to take care of that if there is ever an emergency
