psyko1 is on a distinguished road
stick with basic movements for now like bench press, squats, deadlifts, bar curls, military presses, rows and so on. chest shoulders and tri's may be a little much for one day.

Timma and psyko1 both have good points.
As psyko1 said stil with basic compound movments till you learn more. there is a ton of info on this board do some research and the put together a plan. Then you can post that and we can tweek it from there. This way you are not blindly taking avise from people you don't even know, you will learn the stuff for your self.
What Timma said is the most important thing though. Bodies are made in the kitchen not just the gym.
