leg ?
what exercise hits the teir drop muscle in the leg near the knee? sorry i dont know the name! im lookin for something to catch that up to my thighs.

yes thanks i know its the quad the name of the muscle is vastus lateralis i looked it up. i do squats but dosent seem to make that grow. or a least as fast or big. so i need a exercise to catch it up. thanks.

use a full range of motion on the leg exercises. the problem with squats and leg presses is that at the top of the movement there is a lot of bone support so your let muscles are working that much and are capable of much more than what you are lifting. try some partial rep range leg extensions. I would say hack squats only if you have really good knees otherwise skip them since they can aggravate a condition. and last but not least you might just not have the genetics to have a nice tear-drop muscle, it sucks but its the truth in a lot of these cases with guys that want a certain part of their muscles to be better.
