Max-OT input
Hey all, I am starting into the Max-OT program today, and would like to get some feedback from some of you. How did you do with it? Any little tips or advise you can pass on about it? I am hitting upper body one day, torso(back-abs) another, and one day for legs. I have mon, wed, fri for weights and tue and thur for cardio.

I did that back in college. I followed the whole program exactly for a few months. I saw very good gains. It's a good program for starters, it helps you find out what your body can really handle and what you respond best to.
