tips for strength training?
Hi guys,
Can anyone give me some tips for strength training? Like, what's a good split? What exercises should I build my routine around? And how many sets/reps should I do? I'm not as concerned with size, I just want to get stronger. One more thing. What do you guys do to strengthen your turso? |
