personal best will be tough when I just came off a year long cycle and I am 6 weeks into PCT. LOL but I will do my pullups with a 35 pound plate hanging between my legs and I will tell you how I do.

so if winning 1/4 of all the world series in the past century is sucking, then who is good? LOL

I know I know, I just need a kick in the ass. and since I don't have a training parter the board is the next best thing (I did the same thing when I was too chicken to do a tricep shot and it worked).

okay I made it to the gym this morning at 0600. #1 I had the wrong day so I didn't get to do my pullups, it was chest, shoulders, triceps and shrugs. #2 I was very very tired from last nights Taekwondo workout. I almost passed out at TKD and couldn't get enough fluids into my body before bedtime. The workout was okay, not very intense as I felt a twinge in my right shoulder as I do many times. that is why I can't bench. I still continued with flyes and Crossovers but even those hurt a bit. I instead did two sets of dips to my normal 1 set. I was happy that I weighed in at 204 (I am trying to lose weight for TKD). it could be water weight from the night before I haven't gained back but I am hopeful that I have been watching my eating enough lately to start slowly losing some pounds.

SC, you had that shoulder checked out?

I'd give anything to get back to morning workouts. The endorphin rush stayed with me until about 3:00 p.m.

i skipped a shoulder workout for a weeka month and every time i went heavy a reaggrivated it. I would go get a mri just to make sure its not a hairline tear (if you have insurance)

I commend you for not letting your schedule and lack of energy or motivation keep you from pushing yourself and working out.

Great job brother.

i pussied out this morning b/c i couldn't fall asleep last night. bouncer had to watch that damn video of the poor guy last night right before i went to bed in front of me. that last moments of that video flashed in my head until like 3AM. plus he turned the AC off and didn't open the f*ing windows again and put the fan on himself and the dog - NOT ME. ass.

2 days on - 1 day off - then i guess 3 days straight before another day off.
