Home vs. Gym
Where would you rather workout at and why?
Me personally: I like the idea of working out at Home and getting big and visiting a gym everyonce in a while so all your buddies can see how big your getting. I like the idea of working out at a Gym because of the atmophere. Sometimes when I go to the Gym I just feel stronger and more motivated.

I prefer the home gym, because I hate waiting on other people to get to the next ex. in my routine. Yet I still do go to the gym every once in a while to use some of the equipment I don't have at home

I do my cardio at the gym and use my weights at home.

I don't like going to the gym where I look at people and they remind me of how small I am. So I prefer working out at home.

Gym... I don't have the right set up at home to get a good workout.

Gym. Got some equipment at home, but not enough. And not enough motivation, either.

gym, at lunch, it really breaks up the day and most people at lunch are there to bust out a workout, so there's not many groups of dorks that stand around and talk shit and get in the way.
I do cardio at home. |

Well, I think whenever I have the time and energy the gym is the way forward. Apart from havin more equipment to use, as well as shit music which pisses you off and makes you lift even harder, going to the gym gives me less of a chance to slack off and give up. Having my bed in the same room as my workout equipment at home has never helped matters
