cutting up
hi all,
i weigh about 225lbs, probaly 25-30%bf, and ive been workin out 5 days a week, for 6 months now. i wanted to lose about 25 pounds by doing cardio and dieting. but ive heard alot about doing that will make me lose size, because the reason i am doing this is to make my muscle show more , its hidden under fat. so my question is , will doing the cardio and dieting make me smaller or what? is there a way of gettign around it. |

Way around it is to balance all that weight loss with serious lifting. If you concentrate on cardio, you will lose mass and weight. If you include heavy lifting, you won't lose as much weight, but you'll convert some of that stored fat into muscle.
