I started Taekwondo back in sept. last night was like a break through for me. I felt like a powerful feather if that makes sense. I felt like a was floating but I was tireless and felt very quick. I am only a greenbelt (it goes white, yellow, green, blue, red, black). My master was very impressed with the form I did at the end for him. Usually he is very critical and will give you lots of pointers too work on but he just looked at me and told me that it was very good. made me feel good. I can't wait to start full contact sparring soon. I have been doing a bit of road running lately and I wonder if that has given me more energy to have better workouts. and when I say a little like just 5 or 6 minutes of running around my block. I have shin splints and they can't take much more than that.

cool bro... what style of TKD .. I got my blackbelt in ITF TKD a few years back. I have not practiced it since though. I got tired of forms and just wanted to concentrate on sparing and defense.
I have since moved and would like to do some Muy thai.. but have not found a place in the area. |
