critique my workout...
so this is a new workout i am going to start next week.
i am 5'11", 189, maybe 16-17 % body fat. i just got done with cut, now moving back to like 2800 cals. i will do this routine M, T, H, F (or M, W, F, Sat depending on schedule) all are 2 working sets each UPPER (M and H a/b--first gets done day 1 second gets done day 2) flat bench/incline dumbell military press/wide-grip upright row barbell curl/preacher curl bent row/1 arm row tricep dip/skullcrush LOWER (T and F) Squats stiff deads hamstring curl calf raise abs let me know what you think, thanks. |

Looks good. I would bump it to 3 working sets per exercise though. Are you just starting to lift? This is an excellent routine to get started on. What is your ultimate goal?

i have been lifting seriously for like a year now, before that kinda bullshitted around with it.
ideally i would like to be like 195-200 but at a lower body fat like 10-12. that would be the ultimate goal. but i would rather be bulking in winter and trimmer in summer. |
