Fat Burner

Ok here's the situation: I've just started my 3rd week of training. I'm still using the 5 kilo dumbbells but i'm starting to see the efects (especially with my bics). However I'm not happy with the way I'm burning fat... Cant really see the effects, i try to run and ride a bike as often as I can spare time. Virtually every day for an hour or so. But I've heard that there is a thig called L-Karnitine (don't know if i spelled right, in Polish it's karnityna) its supposed to be a "fat burner" or sth.. I don't want some miracle drug that will let me loose my weight in like 2 weeks, i've just heard that this thing helps... what do you think? Thx.

Oh and BTW I didn't take the creatine eventually

honestly bro, fatloss comes from a gradual reduction of calories below your maintenance. when that part slows down you can use a bit of extra cardio to extend the caloric deficiet.

Agreed with stonecold.... I would recommend adding some green tea, whether it be from the actual drink or an extract, ie. capsules.
