forearm developement

alright, my bis and tris grow fine but my forearms are struggling to keep up. right now I'm doing about 9 sets for bis 9sets for tris and about 3 days later on a back day ill work in forearms normally keep it low like 2-3 sets at 15-20 reps... I haven't seen my forearms grow in the last 4 months where my arms are up a 1/2 an inch, any suggestions ? Am i overtraining them by even working them? Any suggestions is appreciated.

depends a lot on how much gripping you are doing in your other exercises. I try to use straps often so that way I can do real forearm workouts. I usually just do one set of regular wrist curls and one set of reverse wrist curls with dumbells. I also have a gripping machine at home called the Eagle Catcher that I use.

the farmers walk, once a week. Grab some heavy dumbells and walk at a fast pace until you drop them.

Yeah shrugs work the forearms out pretty good, just work on your grip and you can go alot heavier with the shrugs.... then you really feel it in your forearms
