How long is your workout?

I was wondering how long your guys workouts last.

So if you are doing chest etc. etc. how long are we talking?

Mine are about 30 minutes tops. Of course I don't do a traditional workout. I try and shoot for 20minutes.

If I recall right from one of your other posts, don't you go heavy with few reps and your set last about 2 minutes or something like that?

So is that 20-30 minutes for each workout? Do you keep a pretty quick pace then?

My workouts vary between 1.5-2 hours depending on if I am going with short or long breaks between sets and exercises.

I take about 1 minute to 90 seconds between sets. My workouts usually last about 45 minutes which means that including showering, etc. I am out of the gym in about 1 hour. If I added cardio, it would be 1.5 hours but I try to avoid that because I have a hard time spending 1.5 hours in the gym.

I don't go "heavy" in the traditional sense. I use a weight that I can control with slow reps for between 45seconds and 90 seconds. I don't count reps but my cadence is around 1/3/1/3.

Mine last about 1 hour 15 minutes. I try to get out in an hour but there's always time for a good burn or a heavy negative at the end.

30-45 minutes + 45 minutes of cardio now for show prep. i've had to reduce the time between sets and try to get my weights in about 30-45 minutes b/c i am limited in my time at the gym. i get there when it opens at 5:30, and need to be out of there by 7 so i can get off to work in time.

1 muscle group, 30-45 min. If I happen to feel good enough to add a second group (i.e. bi's, tri's..which I usually work on their own, but sometimes add a second workout if I feel they are lagging) 1 hr. Add a 2-3 mile run to that, and my workout usually lasts a good hr. and a half.
