Always through my first or second set of abs, they always start to cramp up and I never feel like I get a good ab workout since each movement after that causes a cramp in my upper abs. Any suggestions to what I need to do/change in order to finish a workout?
Thanks

I do abs probably twice a week. I used to do them everyday in track my freshman year of college, so I know they can withstand some mad torture. But now after my first set of crunches of 20. Then during my first set of "insert name here" (where you sit on the edge of the bench and bring your knees to your chest then back out straight) they start cramping up midway. I will finish the set to the best of my ability, rest about a minute and try crunches again. I can normally only get 6-7 until my ab totally cramps up.
