killer bi excercise

I added 15 degree incline curls to my split. WOW they kill your bi's. Give them a try in the middle of your bi workout.

For sure. I use a 45-60 degree angle incline curl as a finisher. Really helps to stretch the portion of the bicep up by the delts.
