Question Superset workouts?

Allright everyone its that time of the year when school starts, and I have always started my school year with a week of supersets. It is something I have always done since I started working out, and was turning the awesome members here at SM to help me with some new superset workouts for next week. I will be lifting weights 4 times next week and hope to break it down as follows: Chest - Front Delts; Legs; Back - Rear Delts; Arms. If someone has a better workout schedule for me to go by to help my supersets next week feel free. I am open to anything and can't wait to see the responses.

I wouldn't suggest splitting the shoulders up. I'd suggest supersetting antagonist muscle groups instead. Like Chest and Back, Hams and quads, shoulders and traps, tri's and bi's. This will help to benefit the opposing muscles and increase your strength throughout your workout. Either that or you can put tri's with chest and bi's with back.
