Question whats up with the shakes?

this shakin thing is driven me crazy...will give bench press as an example. while benching my arms shake the entire time i lift. weight doesn't seem to matter. the shaking only happens on pushing excercises. bench, over head press, leg presses etc...no shaking on pulling excercises. what give? if the weight were too heavy i could understand but it doesn't seem to matter about weight. shake even during push ups. any ideas?

Is this only on db presses or also on bb? Sounds like both. Either or, seems like the muscles used to stabilize your arms and keep them upright are a tad weak. You would probably experience it more on db presses than bb. As long as it isn't effecting your workout then it shouldn't matter much, but if it is, then I would spend some time using the db's to help strengthen those muscles.

hmmm, it might be from you not being exposed long enough to get your muscles in tune for firing together and keeping them stable or you might have a slow learning curve in your nerves and they are just taking a long time to adjust. not sure why it only does it on pushing movements and not pulling.

I'm thinking it must be one of his triceps heads giving out some. Possibly the medial head maybe?

well he said that the weight didn't matter and if that is true then it wouldn't have to do with muscle strength. if he dropped his bench to 50 pounds it wouldn't make the muscle give out but he is saying he will shake...hmmm I am not sure.
