Back after 2 weeks off from IVAN
Well, the gym that I workout at suffered severe damage from the storm. With that and the power being out for 10 day straight kept me away from the weights. The Y opened just yesterday and it was back to the gym for me. I think the break actually did me alot of good. I felt like I was losing muscle but I def. feel like I have grown a bit. My weight is down a few lbs but I look fuller and more ripped. Looking forward to working out for the rest of the week.
I took an all out break due to lack of cold milk and meat ( no power ). No protein, no supps., no weights. Thought I was gonna lose my shit but all is good again

hope your family and property came through okay.
I have always found that when I take a week or two off from doing a long spell of serious lifting that I actually come back stronger with quicker recovery after workouts. I really do think the muscles and body wear down over time even though I may work the body parts only once a week |
