Bad Idea or good?

ive been doing my workouts like this...

Chest/Abs
Back
Shoulders/Traps
Legs
Bi's/Tri's

3-4 excersises tops for each. usually work out almost every day, sometimes i skip when conveinent.

Going to switch it to this.

Chest/Shoulder/Tris
Rest
Back/Bi's
Rest
Legs
Rest
Abs/Traps

Instead of 3-4 excersises, i will only do 2, see if i can get a good leap in gains again. i 1st started training with the 2nd routine...with good results. Could of been because i just started training, but going to try it for a few weeks see what happens...Less isolation, more rest is the purpose.

ive been doing back and traps on separate days and it feels great. I used to trian back and traps together but it was too much on the routine and feeling too tired from it. Now i train them with shuolders, since i do less sets for shoulders than back.

You can rotate traps with back day or shoulders day.

I usually do traps on back day along with deadlifts, barbell rows, and cable rows. I do traps with shoulders when I do clean and press, upright rows, and db laterals. I switch about every two weeks. I'm actually about 1 week into MaxOT training again.
