yup, well for me its been helping alot.

I went from a 38 of flab to a 33 1/2 in about 7 weeks. Thats what i got for bulking and not doing cardio or even abs. The bulking was all high calories, also some bad calories there too.

do slower paced cardio to assure that you burn fat instead of muscle. try to do your cardio earlier in your day so that your metabolism will be fast all day. also, try to limit your carb intake later in the day so they wont turn to fat over night

Running seems to work the fastest for me. Some disagree and say you should do less and keep your heart rate lower to burn bodyfat, however I always lose the best when I go balls to the walls. Everyone responds different and that should be taken into consideration as well.I have read that Jumping rope, Running, and Eliptical trainers are the best forms of cardio. Just my 2cents though. Good luck, if you struggle to stay lean then cardio and diet will be your main stay for fatloss as well as training with weights. DO NOT neglect the weights as they will add serious pounds of muscle to your frame and help you reduce bodyfat as well.

post your diet - that means each meal every day from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed - what goes in your mouth.

be honest too.

then, your stats. age, height, bf%.

and finally NO TEST FOR YOU! you're not ready. PERIOD.

nope, diet and cardio are the only good things that will work bro. Start off slow bro, 20 minutes eod and then increase the minutes by 10 the following.

IMO, I prefer cardio over running. I used to run but didnt like it much. I prefer a stationary bike or a treadmill.

As for diet, u need good amount of calories and high protein. Watch ur carbs too bro. Eat good fats, instead of bad ones and ur all set and done.

running IS cardio JUICE....

word of advice.

if you try to do a FAST WALK. like a 11-12 mile pace, it will burn more calories than a 11-12 mile jog.

do whatever cardio will make you SWEAT SWEAT and SWEAT some more.

Diet and cardio are key.... mix up your cardio to keep from being bored to death.

as said above medium cardio burns fat more than fast cardio, but it doesnt start buring fat until after the 20 min mark.

I put it all wrong, hahahaha. What i meant was that i prefer doing the cardio in the gym than on the outside. I feel weird running outside, just not the same to me and it doesnt motivate me at all. Ive done it for 2-3 years and didnt like it. I get more tired quickly and feel like giving up.

As to using a treadmill on fast speed or normal, i know im tired but i continue until i finish. I wonder why is that, does that happen to any of u all too

Yep, cant run outside for nearly as long, mus be a mental thing. Plus I think the treadmill is easier to run on since the belt is already moving the speed you want to go.

nah im the opposite... i'll run outside and not get tired as much as i do running on a treadmill... i guess after playing soccer for 14 years, running on a stationary treadmill is boring as hell

#1. you are 18 - you are too young for any AAS

#2. your diet is bad. you wouldn't grow even on test because you're simply not eating enough to grow.

#3. if you have fat on the lower part of your chest, regardless of how "little" you think you have, you have too much.

#4. YOU ARE NOT READY FOR ANY GEAR BECAUSE YOU NEED TO LEARN HOW TO EAT PROPERLY AND TRAIN FOR MULTIPLE YEARS BEFORE YOU JUMP ON THE WAGON - AND ESPECIALLY AT 18, YOU DO NOT NEED GEAR. PERIOD. END OF STORY.

those one way bars are packed with sugar and fat. you need to be eating 6-7 small meals a day which are all balanced. you're not eating balanced meals. and i said to list everything you eat as meals from when you wake up to when you go to bed - you didn't do that.

stop thinking about gear and go learn more about nutrition.

alright bro diet is everything BUT don't listen to this got to do the hamster routine on a treadmill at a really slow pace CRAP. Your a trained athlete right? Well act like one.....HIIT principles are your best way to burn fat. Look it up and try it....plus you'll like it because you don't have to bore your self to death. Its based on bursts of output then cool down and then bursts of output...It revs your metabolism like nothing else. 3-4 times a week won't make you turn into a ethopian marathon runner like everyone wants you to think. That's a myth just like women will get bulky if they lift weights!

Any other questions PM me I'm a personal trainer.

I used to play football & sometimes I still do their cardio workouts 2 or 3 times a week but on the treadmill.

Would High Intensity Interval Training mostly done in sprints even for 10mins burn muscle instead of fat?

B/c I agree with what Jordan said about slower paced cardio to ensure you're burning fat & not musle.

So would walking for 15mins at a speed of 3.4 or 3.6 be better than HIIT sprints even for 10mins?

Do you mean walking 11-12 MPH? Can anybody walk that fast? 20 MPH is fast for a good sprinter's speed. Just wondering. If I'm on a treadmill, when I get to about 8 MPH I have to start running, or get thrown off, lol. BB
