Working 3rds and working out
I have a quick question. I work 3rds and work anywhere from 65-70 hours a week. So I tend to be sleep deprived most of the time; which I know I need to rest to recover.
Is it more beneficial to my body to workout after I get off of work and then sleep or should I go home and sleep and then workout and head to work? Either way I'd probably still be getting the same amount of sleep. What would you guys and girls too recommend doing? My guess is that my metabolism would be better if I slept and then worked out but then I'm gonna be on my feet for quite awhile and my muscles will not be able to recover and rest. Thoughts? Also, beef jerky is pretty easy to piece on while at work. Should I limit the amount I eat because of the salt content? Thanks |
