beefcake will become famous soon enough
I was getting that before. My shoes were pretty bad though. I changed my shoes and it went away. I think they might have been stress fractures or something.

Need Help! Hurts when I run

if your shoes are old get new ones. If there not or getting new shoes dosn't help try getting arch supports. If it's compartment syndrome, Just ice for 3 days, then alternate heat and ice and which ever it is take 2 ibprofuen every 5 hours wheather you need it or not.

just to be clear shin splints are muscle pains underneath the bone and sometimes might feel like the bone is hurting. otherwise you have small stress fractures in your shin.
