To Work Out or Not to Work Out?
Alright, I need some opinions on an issue I've been struggling with. Here's what my next month looks like-
Tokyo for a week Hong Kong for a week Anaheim for a week Boston for a week I've been really working hard to gain mass-eating a lot and lifting hard. It's gonna be a pain in the ass to find a way to work out every week during traveling. What would you guys do-just do the pansy workouts you can do on hotel equipment, take a month off ( Any info on what you guys do when you travel or what you recommend would be much appreciated.

You can find gyms near the hotel, and for around 50 bucks you should be able to get a week pass. The eating is on you though. Your call whether you want to spend 200 bucks on gyms, and food. Good luck

yeah, it's gonna be spendy if I decide to do it. Another real problem is that when I travel for business, I'm busy with work for a good 14-16hrs a day. That means even if I do get to work out, I definitely don't get the rest/recovery time you should get. We'll see-I leave tomorrow-never been to Japan before!

I've been trying to convince my wife to let me retire and just focus on bodybuilding! She said no way cause I already look gross! She hates bodybuilding body types-I guess she prefers the way I looked when I was fat and overweight.

When you say keep up food consumption, are you recommending consuming the same amount of calories as if I were working out or should I cut back approximately the same number of calories as I would burn in the process of working out?

Yeah, I've never used a steroid, but had been thing about it lately. However, after reading Bouncers thread this week, I think I'll avoid that route for awhile.
