Take some time off.

There is some basic stuff you can do...incline pushups, sissy squats.

I'm out of town all the time and I usually just go the extra mile (usually more like 10-15 miles) to get to a gym. If I absolutely can't, I still usually go running, do pushups, incline pushups, elbows in pushups (for triceps), vertical pushups (for shoulders), pullups on anything I can find, situps, squats holding anything I can find or single legged squats, Roman Deadlifts (you can hold your suitcase or something else reasonable heavy and usually do single leg at a time), calves on the nearest set of stairs (single leg holding something-suitcase, etc), or isometric exercises, which can be surprising effective. If the place has a pool, underwater running or swimming also can be good for both cardio and a low impact workout of legs and back, in the case of swimming.

Other option is, like stringbean said, take some time off, but that is really hard for me to do!

Good luck! I know how it is-I am gonna be at home about 5 days this entire month.
