Opinions on Max-ot workout

I have heard about this program from a couple friends of mine and I was just wondering the opinons from anyone who has tried it. Thanks

I used it for a while off and on. It's main focus is to prevent overtraining. The only thing I don't like is that I don't always feel a good pump with 4-6 reps opposed to when I do 8-10.

Yeah, from what I understand it focuses on less reps with more weight, each workout lasts only 30-45 min, you don't train more than two body parts per workout, and every 8-10 weeks you take a week off from traning.

sounds like a perverted version of HIT training. But it doesn't take into account fiber types in the training so I would not use it.

I did it for the last month of my last cycle. I liked it kept gaining strength and weights increased but when I got off I temporaily injuered myself cause i forgot i cant do as much off as on. But I will used it again. I cant remeber what board I saw the program on , maybe fitnessgeared or EM
