Equipment-less exercise
Ok, girls and boys, please help me out. I am not going to have access to gym equipment for the next three weeks. And there will be longer periods next year where I will be away and won't have access. So, I need to know the best exercises that can be done on my own. I don't just want to know all of them, I could just get them off the net. I want to know the ones you've tried and found extremely useful and satisfying.
So please give me all the info you can......

what will you have access too? I would use gallon jugs with either some sand or water available. You can do basic stuff, lunges, curls, overhead extensions, laterals, one arm rows, and of course regular pushups. 3 weeks should be much of a stretch. I can take over a month off and not lose strength or size. So don't stress out about it.

you can use manual resistance. push one arm against each other. but again pushups and lunges are two good ones. but again 3 weeks shouldn't be a problem.
