HIT Training

was thinking about trying something new and im goin to move away from the 3 set training and use the 1 set TUT training... i have been readin a bunch of stuff on it.. but was wonderin who has used it or is using it and what results its producing?

Talk to stonecold54 or read some of his posts. He swears by this. Right now he and curls4dgirls are having a competition comparing HIT to standard lifting to see who has better results.

yea ive read his posts and know about "the gauntlet" i was just wonderin if anyone else would comment on it... recommend it? or just give some facts about it... like i said ive been usin the search on here a lot and found a lot of helpful stuff but was just askin for anyone else's input

www.exercisecertification.com is all the info you will need to understand my training. IMO it is the pinnacle of HIT because it doesn't back you into a corner and set your workouts in stone like most HIT people do. It is a Prescribed method which leaves room to change your routine and mix things up while staying inside your recovery boundaries both long term and short term.
