MUSCLE PUMPS
For those that have trained long enough and gotten to the point where while out of the gym a particular muscle may try to lock! on you due to its movement.
1. should you just try to squeeze the hell out of it to get the blood fully in there? 2. should you just message it until it calms down?

Gort have you heard of the squeeze the muscle(for instance biceps) in order to get the muscle to peek when its in that state?

IMHO, trying to peak when you are not warmed up can cause the same uncomfortable charlyhorse thing I assume you are talking about.

if your refering to muscle cramps, i usually just scream my lungs out till it goes away
