upper body question
Im trying to find some upper chest and shoulder excersizes, but i only have free weights to work with..any ideas??

Also, if you don't have an incline, don't worry about it a whole lot. Inclines are a good exercise, but not doing them is not going to completely prevent you from developing a good upper chest. Flat press is good for developing the entire chest, no matter what anyone tells you.
I agree though that hitting both would be optimal. |
