Well I did it, I changed Gyms...
...and I think i will be happy. I few guys suggested I try and find a hardcore gym but I wouldn't do that because I am of the firm belief that machines (good machines) are far superior to free weights. So I joined a gym that has a nice selection of both plate loaded and pinned weight stacks machines. And it was actually cheaper since they have a contract with the govt, who I work for so it is only 14 bucks a month for a lot of things. Pool, Basketball, raquetball, childcare, freeweights and machines. PLUS a lot of HOTTIES work out there so that is always a good thing.

not so much hesitated, I am just lazy and I get comfy in my surroundings. I finally got comfortable at balleys with the crowd and talking to people and now I have to leave and start all over and I am not sociable to begin with so that was part of my decision as silly as it sounds. but some of my friends work out there so hopefully we can find times together.

I went into a different gym last saturday to work out with a buddy of mine. He took me to his gym to let me check it out. The place was a "REAL" gym, not the bullshit YMAC that I am used to working out in. A good gym can be really motivating and keeps your experience enjoyable. Enjoy the new place.. if the people get on your nerves too bad, get an iPod and turn that shit up!
