Exclamation 100 dollar bet

i made a 100 dollar bet with a friend of mine that i can see more results from working out in six weeks than he can...i am 151 lbs...but about 3 months ago i weighed 170 lbs (i went through army basic training). I lost so much weight because i injured my shoulder. Now i need to find a work out that will give me the quick results i need within 6 weeks. The person i am going up against is about 300 lbs. and kind of overweight...however he isn't a fat ass. So can someone help me find a good quality exercise plan....also would creatine, and protein be good to take?

to help you out on the workout plan i can give you my schedule...
mondays-fridays i go to school 8 am- 3 pm and usually work from 4 pm-10pm...so i can only lift in the mornings and lightly after work...i can usually find a time i don't have to work on weekends to work out...so i'd really appreciate any input you have

How are you guys going to quantify the best results? Weight/bf%/max lifts, etc. That will guide what type of training regimen.

In most cases, with a bet like this in which you're looking for "results", I would say the fat person has the advantage. It's easier to shed fat than it is to put on muscle. As long as this guy follows a good diet and exercises well you're fucked.

On the other hand, the $100 will hopefully motivate the hell out of both of you, and that's never a bad thing.

Dude from what I have read here, there is no way for this to workout. If it was someone close to your size then that would make sense but competing against someone who outweighs is ilogical for starters. The weight gain/weight loss factor doesn't make sense either.

Just my two cents here tho

Just my 2cents, but if you are having to ask if protein and creatine would be good supplements to take, you have no reason to even be looking at taking m1t. ..
