good mornings
What exactly is the right way to do good mornings, i read that power lifters sort of do a half deadlift but with the weight across the shoulders and bodybuilders keep legs almost straight and bend from the hips.
Which is the best for good lower back strength - i'd like to improve my deadlift |

Scroll down a little ways on this page and there's a link to 3 different ways of doing good mornings. Good for both hams and lower back strength.

Good mornings are tricky just like stiff legged deadlifts, injury can happen in an instant and I don't messing with the lower back if I don't have to. Try hyper-extensions if you want some erector spinae work. |
