PAINFUL neck pain during push ups
hey im having really severe pain in the back left part of my neck/head during push ups. this is the 3rd time this has happend and all times have been within a couple weeks. first time i noticed it was using my push up bars doing push ups. severe pain i stood up an just dropped on my bed it was so painful. usualy lasts 5 or so minutes. the 2nd time was during masurbation i got a horrible agonizing acute pain/same as during push ups nd i was in tremendous pain. and just now the third time it still hurts as im typing, all i did was like 20 push ups after liftin the dumbell and this pain sucks ass please anybody tell me whats going on. i take vitamins 'centrum performance' so i dont think its malnutrition. leme know please

sort of feels like a cramp running from my neck to the back of my head. .. if i lean my head in opposite direction of the pain it seems to ease up but not completely. takes about 10 minutes to go away

probably slept wrong bro. How long has this been going on for. 2 weeks ago, I slept wrong and couldnt turn my head to a certain direction. My back of the left side of my neck hurt. I got my sister to massage the neck. A few days it was gone.

If its not that, i could be wrong but if it continues like Shortz said check with a doc.

That stuff is pretty common. Happens to me about once a year.
Stop trying to stretch it and let it rest. Try a heating pad. Of course if it doesnt go away go see a doctor.

Sounds like a stain, hate to say it but the best thing is rest. Happens to me at least once a year, ususally not from mashin my bag, but it sucks, and the only thing that helps is rest. Once it feels good, make sure you stretch it every time befor you work out. Our masterbate for that matter! Good luck.

I just got back from doing cardio and I was think how immature and ridiculous this was...I was actually upset at a person in a forum who I didnt even know. I was FURIOUS! I decisided I was going to let it go but then I see you want to continue it. Is that your thing go around to different forums trying to start fights? Cant get anyone to spare you? This is totally BS. The moderator and ppl telling us to chill. Ill let you get banned over it. I have too many things stressing me I dont need some assclown I do even know to get under my skin. After today I am going to delete my previous posts because I dont want a reputation of a trouble starter on this forum. I learn a great deal from these guys.

BTW: I was a fighter too from the age of 18-24 in Golden Gloves until I realized it was a knucklehead sport (southpaw baby). I can handle myself...=) As a fighter you would last if you cant control your emotions. Hope you feel better now. Tribulus?
