Critique anyone????

Please critique my workout and diet fellas, thanks!

My stats are 6'2" 240 lb 26 years old and about 13% bodyfat . My goal right now is cutting up to about 8-9% just enough to have nice lines in my ab area, which now they are not too bad just the love handle region needs to go bye bye! not trying to go to competition or anything. My workout schedule is as follows:

6am : 40 min cardio-treadmil
this is done 4-5 days per week
with wed off.

Training from 4-5 p.m. split routine with high intensity, days when i can't get up in the am i follow lifting with same cardio.

Diet is as follows:
6:45am morning start cereal 1/2 cup, 20g protein 20g carbs/ banana

9:00 am O.N. protein shake

11:00 am 1 cup of nuts (sunflower seeds, mixed)

12:15 pm 10oz chicken, fish, beef, whatever meat i prepare

2:00 O.N. protein shake

3:15 small potato

4-5 train protein bar or shake immediately after

6:30 - 6:45 pm grilled chicken, beef,

9:00 pm protein shake

10:00 bed

Also, I am currently stacking m1t and 4ad. I've gained about 5 pounds in about 3.5 weeks, but noticed that i've lost bodyfat.

To crituque your workout (which is what you asked) I think that looks pretty good, there a good amount of cardio in there, I don't know how hard your pushing yourself, I'm assuming just into the fat burning range hb 120 plus.

Your meals are well split up and generally your carbs reduce as the night comes in. Your on the right track I'd say

Yea mr incredible, i'm staying at 65-70 % of max heart rate for the 40 min. I"m not taking any fat burners yet, i'm thinking of starting green tea, t3 and synephedine stack soon. The shakes are made with powder and water (45 grams), I do try and substitute shakes with meats whenever possible. Thanks for the reply's fellas, happy training

i would recommend gettin more whole food in instead of relying on all the protein shakes... substitute another chicken breast in for one or some tuna. and i agree with stonecold with the high intensity running instead of walkin for 40mins.. try all out sprinting for :30 secs then walk for a min and repeat for about 10-20 mins
and it looks like u should be done with the m1t soon.. what r u runnin for pct?

because m1t shouldnt be used for over 4 weeks becasue of the toxicity on the liver... i know sc didnt reply here but he has advocated this type of cardio many times on the board
