BICEPS
barbell curls: 3 sets of 6-10 reps ez bar curls: ^ dumbell curls: ^ hammer curls: ^ preacher curls: ^ reverse curls: ^ concentration curls: ^ cable curls: ^ single arm cable curls: ^ incline curls: ^ --------------------------------- TRICEPS rope pressdowns: 3 sets of 6-10 reps pressdowns with bar (different angles): ^ kickbacks: ^ scullcrushers: ^ one arm overhead presses: ^ close grip bench presses: ^ dips: ^ dumbell overhead presses: ^ those are pretty much the exercises I do but I ONLY PICK 3-4 every 4 weeks. I do 3-4 sets of each. Then in the OTHER 4 weeks, I choose another 3-4 different exercises and perform the same amount of reps and sets. Choose, there are plenty of exercises to hit the different parts of the muscle. Or u can go here some pics of the exercises u can do. http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm
