Ok, I was talking to my old lady tonite and she mentioned that she wants to lose a little baby fat on the love handles, make her legs into shape a little more, abs a little better, and defintion for back muscles................ I was just wondering if anyone could give me some freindly advice of what excerises, reps, and cardio for her to do??????????

its impossible to help out with only that information. How old is she? what is her experience? what is her motivation like? what does she look like now? does she realize most fat loss will come with her diet?

She is 17yrs old, she is a newbie and hasnt workout of before.....other than that she is a dancer lol.....she told me that she is very interested into getting toned, she is around 5'1, 110lbs basically she wants to be toned and mostly wants to lose the access fat on her love handles.......... any info will help |
