That little area to the side of your pec and just under your armpit

Don't know if people are going to be aware what i'm talking about here but here goes.....

My goal is size but with definition, i am in good shape and already ripped with low percentage of body fat. However, there is a little area to the edge of my pecs and just under my armits and front delts which seem to hold small amounts of fat, which when looked at from the side I hate.

I have tried advanced bench press to try to develop the muscle here and to widen my chest in this area but it puts to much pressure on my wrists.
Does anyone have any ideas about how to reduce the fat there (without injecting growth hormone directly into in) or to build up this part of the muscle.

My regular chest routine consists of flat & incline flyes, flat & incline b/bell and d/bell press with decline every now and then, pullovers and cable crossovers

HAS ANYONE PLEASE GOT THE KNOWLEDGE TO HELP ME!!!???

you do flat/incline barbell, flat/incine dumbell, flys and crossovers/pullovers on chest day? your overtraining. you cant spot reduce fat. Work on your diet/cardio and the fat will disapear.

ha, no, i don't do them all in one session, i alternate, that was just a description of all the exercises i cover for my chest. i do about 4-5 exercises in each workout never anymore and if it is a 5th its just something like a finishing movement.

pretty much... if your already lean and ripped but still holding fat in that spot.. then its all genetic and you cant really do much.
