Stomach cramp or what?
last two times i've been doing ab exercises, and then i stand up my stomach gets like paralyzed for a few seconds, that's the best word i can use to describe it, my lower stomach just sucks in and it hurts and i can't make it look normal again till the muscle relaxes
kinda creepy, but this only just started happening |

Yeah, sounds like you are getting a cramp. Make sure, after you work them, to stretch them and it may help to prevent the cramping. Put your hands in the air as hight as you can, bend back just a little bit.
Make sure you are staying hydrated too. Some people drink very little wat3er on ab day because they fear getting that water cramping. Just drink small amounts here and there during ab workouts. |
