which bicep excercises are good for the inner area of the bicep??

Its pretty much impossible to isolate a certain part of the bicep. I am guessing you are not happy with your genetic structure. Its hard to overcome that but just try and add general mass and fillout as much as possible.

are u talking inner bicep as in the side that is pointing to your body? Wouldnt that be the same shit as your outer bicep because its the same muscle just a different side of it? lol....

You cant really work on an area per say bro. There are so called "shaping" exercises but I have never followed that type of training. I have always trained for mass and the shape followed.

all i do is do 3-4 different workouts for biceps.

hammer curls
dumbell curls
wide grip bb curls
concentration or standing cable curls

I agree with the fact you can't change your genetics, but I do think it's important to target the brachialis to enhance the overall shape of the muscle. It is possible to not get as much overall fullness as you can out of the bicep if you do not do any exercises that target the brachialis.

Is that what 12 and 40 ounce curls are for? J/K. I like to change the width of my grip on bb curls. Whether or not it has any benefit, I wouldn't know. Same with db preachers, I change the direction of my arm.
